Yes we do! Part of the services we provide includes repairs and resizings. When you purchase a ring from us there is a "size" drop down that allows you to pick a size. To find your size use the following chart or have a team member size your finger at our Tampa shop.

However, here are some general rules of thumb:

We never recommend doing manual labor with rings or bracelets, as they can be caught on a variety of different things and present a hazard to your fingers or wrist.

1. In order to prevent knots in your necklaces, we recommend leaving them closed after removing them from your person. This will prevent the ends from tangling together.
2. We caution against sleeping with hoop earrings and thin necklaces as they are prone to denting and getting caught in hair. Thin chains are not only prone to catching, but they also tend to break if caught in hair or if they get stuck in pieces of fabric.

This depends from piece to piece and client to client. If you're a local client we're more than happy to clean a piece for you to use for a special event or just because! There is never a "specific time" to get your jewelry cleaned, if its lacking some shine then bring it by!

Inspections: if you ever feel or think something is wrong or not normal with your piece, feel free to take as many detailed and close up pictures of your item and send it to our team. If not, feel free to visit our Tampa showroom and we'll be happy to assist. Usually we inspect pieces before cleaning and any issues can be noted immediately and resolved.

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location but usually range from 4–10 business days.
