Walk-ins are welcome. For custom jewelry consultations, appointments may help ensure that we can dedicate the appropriate time to your project.

Custom Jewelry
How do I start a custom jewelry project?
You can begin by submitting our custom order form with details about the piece you would like to create. Once your request is received, our team will review the information and contact you to discuss your design, materials, timeline, and next steps.
Do custom projects require a deposit?
Yes. Custom jewelry projects require a deposit before production begins. Standard deposits are $500, however, there may be an exception regarding standard deposit amount from project to project. This allows us to begin the design and manufacturing process for your piece.
Can I provide inspiration or my own design idea?
Absolutely! Most of, if not all our custom projects begin with inspiration photos, sketches, or general ideas. Our team will work with you to refine the concept and guide the design process.
How long does a custom jewelry project take?
Timelines vary depending on the complexity of the design, the materials required, and our production schedule. During your consultation we will provide an estimated timeline for your project. If needed our team may be able to accommodate special timeframe requests at Barreras' Jewelry discretion.
Can you work with gemstones or jewelry that I already own?
Yes, we can often incorporate gemstones or materials that you already own into a new design. In these cases, our team will first evaluate the condition of the stones and other factors such as size and compatibility to determine whether they are suitable for the project.
While we are happy to accommodate client requests to reuse existing stones, Barreras Jewelry generally recommends using stones sourced through our workshop. The gemstones we provide are responsibly sourced, properly calibrated, and in some cases specifically ordered to match the requirements of each individual project.
Orders & Payments
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and other payment methods supported by our checkout system.
Can I place an order online?
Yes! Select jewelry pieces can be purchased directly through our website and shipped securely within the United States.
You can also place Custom Orders online through our Custom Order Form.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship nationwide?
Yes, Barreras Jewlery ships securely throughout the United States.
Are shipments insured?
Yes. All shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature upon delivery to ensure the security of your order.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times may vary depending on the item and destination. Once your order ships, tracking information will be provided so you can monitor its delivery.
Barreras Jewelry strives to process and prepare your order within 24 hours. Shipping will occur 48-72 hours after your order has been placed. This does not apply to custom projects or made to order items.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
Eligible items may be returned within the return window provided they are unworn, unaltered, and in new condition with original packaging and documentation. Please refer to our Return and Refund Policy for complete details.
Are custom or personalized items returnable?
Custom and personalized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange once completed.

Do you offer jewelry repair services?
Yes. Barreras Jewelry offers in house repair services such as ring resizing, stone setting, restoration work, and other common jewelry repairs. Turn around time for Jewelry Repairs depends on the nature of the repair and the capacity of the team.
How long do repairs take?
Repair timelines vary depending on the type of work required. Our team will provide an estimated timeframe once your item has been evaluated.
Do you offer appraisals?
Barreras Jewelry partners with certified and accredited gemologists and companies that can assist with providing an appraisal on your existing or new jewelry. Ask a team member regarding appraisals and more information will be provided.
